MovaScope is a software-as-a-service application by MovaWerk. It helps agencies, freelancers and companies analyse websites, document improvement opportunities, create design concepts and prepare client outreach.

The service is offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), not to consumers.

There is no regulated professional title. The activity does not require a licence.

Our single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 DSA) and for users (Art. 12 DSA) is: info@movawerk.de. You can communicate with us in German or English.

You can report illegal content — for example in a private concept preview — to the same address (Art. 16 DSA). Please include the exact address (URL) of the content, a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why it is illegal, and your name and email address. We review every notice in a timely, diligent and objective manner and inform you of our decision.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

With MovaScope, customers create non-binding design drafts for other companies' websites and can share them through private links. Such previews are demonstration drafts. They are neither the official website of the company shown nor authorised by it, and they do not establish any business relationship between MovaWerk and the company shown.

Names, logos, trademarks and content of the companies shown remain the property of their respective owners. The customer is responsible for the content and use of previews and campaign emails they create and send with MovaScope. If you represent a company shown in a preview and want it removed, a message to info@movawerk.de is sufficient.

Analysis results, scores and recommendations in MovaScope are generated automatically from publicly available information. They may be incomplete and do not constitute legal, tax or other professional advice.

We are responsible for our own content on this website under general law. For information we store on behalf of our users, we are not liable in accordance with Art. 6 DSA as long as we have no actual knowledge of illegal activity or illegal content. As soon as we become aware of it, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the content concerned.

This website contains links to external third-party websites whose content we cannot influence. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for that content. Linked pages were checked for recognisable legal violations at the time of linking.
